At CMR Jewellers, we prioritize your satisfaction. Our Easy Returns & Exchange Policy ensures you have an opportunity to assist you incase of genuine concerns post your purchase.
To ensure your issues are timely addressed and resolved, we have an Easy Returns & Exchange policy, which addresses any product-related issues you may be going facing after buying jewellery from CMR Jewellers. Should you have any problem with the jewellery piece, you can choose to return it and claim a refund or exchange within the policy timeframe, and we will ensure the entire amount is refunded to the customer's account within 10 working days after receiving the product back and after satisfaction of the refund norms eluciated as under.
For showroom products (Ships Faster), the easy return and exchange policy timeline is 7 days from the date of delivery, and for all other orders, the policy time frame is 15 days from the date of delivery.
Gold Jewellery - 100% exchange for the invoice value of the product within the policy timeframe; this facility can be availed only one time.
Diamond Jewellery - 100% refund/exchange for the invoice value of the product within the policy timeframe; this facility can be availed only one time.
Gold Coins - 99% of the current value of gold, calculated based on the current gold price. (Gold rate X Gold wt.)
The 15-day refund policy is not applicable for gold coins, silver articles, silver rakhi, silver diamond bracelets/rakhi, and for products ordered with specific indications like customization, engraving, and personalization.
This refund is subject to quality confirmation by our quality assurance team and verification that the packaging is complete with all the documents, such as the diamond certificate & original invoice.
In case you receive a damaged item, an item you didn't order or the wrong item, we will exchange it free of charge or refund the full amount after a quality check provided refund claim is adequately substantiated via unboxing video. If it is indeed an error or a defective product, your refund or exchange will be processed shortly.
To initiate a return, send us an email to [email protected]. We will share packing instructions for you to follow and arrange for the courier pickup. The entire reverse pickup procedure will take at least 7-10 working days. Please note down the return tracking number.
